At The Formal Club, we strive to ensure you look your best; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags intact, to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 business days.
